Where we invest?
Swedark invests in the construction of Swedish residential real estate with a focus on growth areas showing a wide and diversified economy. We invest in at least two locations per issue with a geographical risk assessment.
The rent-control regulation implies that the cost of acquiring existing real estate is usually much lower than building new rental property. New and efficient construction modification conditions, nevertheless, means that the supply of real estate is limited and that the value of our properties are preserved.
District Analysis
By thorough analysis of population flows, the business community, the local real estate market and other important factors, we ensure investments in newly constructed communities with substantial growth prospects and low risk for future vacancies.
