We are actively seeking sites for hotel development in the major cities of Sweden.

Sites should be freehold or leasehold in excess of 50 years and be located in major commercial centers close to public transport or at major airports. The sites should be suitable for new development of between 1,000 and 10,000 sq. m., up to six stories in height.
